1. Single Purpose and Overview

Freight Flick has a single, narrow purpose: to automatically filter, highlight, and streamline broker contact for matching listings on supported freight load boards. Any data processed or collected by this Extension is strictly used to serve this single purpose.

2. Data We Collect and Process

To provide our services, the Extension handles the following categories of user data:

• Personally Identifiable Information (Email Address): We collect your email address during registration to configure your personalized dashboard, save your filter preferences, and support account administration.
• Authentication Information (Passwords & Tokens): We collect your password during registration and login to authenticate access. We store a session JSON Web Token (JWT) locally inside your browser's secure storage to maintain your logged-in state.
• Website Content (Load Board Details): The Extension parses text content from supported load board platforms (such as load details, rates, origins/destinations, and broker phone numbers). This data is evaluated to perform load highlighting and action shortcuts.

3. Data Storage and Transfer

All load board data and preference configurations are processed locally on your machine and sent to your local host backend (127.0.0.1). We do not transmit your login details, preferences, or scraped listings to any remote cloud servers or third-party databases. Your data remains entirely under your local system controls.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We certify that:

• We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or determining creditworthiness.
• Data is never shared with external parties unless required by law.

5. Your Rights and Control

You can delete all stored preferences and account information at any time by uninstalling the Extension and clearing your browser cache. Since credentials and tokens are stored in the local Chrome Storage API, they are completely removed upon uninstallation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect their data.
